Add-on Wine Pairing and discussion curated by our Certified Sommelier Ashley Kompass
Indulge and learn in a comfortable & private setting while Chef Guara teaches you detailed preparation and cooking techniques. Guests will receive the complete recipie of the main entree (menu below), including everything from butchery, ingredients to cooking method.
Sommelier Ashley will be discussing proper techniques in pairing wines with food – and for guests opting to purchase the add-on wine pairing with the dinner, will be giving detailed notes on the paired wines, along with her techniques in choosing the wines for the dinner.
Tickets for the 3 Course Dinner and Cooking Demo are $65 per guest.
Guests wishing to add the wine pairing will enjoy 3 wines – 1 paired with each course – for an additional $30.
The wine pairing cannot be purchased separately as it is only offered as a part of the dinner. However, our wine list will be available for those wishing to enjoy a glass of wine (or other beverage) with their meal.

For reservations between 5pm-6:30pm:
We are offering a 4 course Prix Fixe seated dinner for $95 per person (see menu here) – This includes a glass of Champagne, party favors, access to all entertainment and table service until 8:00pm. This does not include beverages, tax, gratuity or any requested menu add-ons.
NOTE: We are not accepting reservations from 6:45 – 8:00 PM
For reservations between 8:15pm-10:30pm:
We are offering 4 course Prix Fixe seated dinner for $95 per person (see menu here ) – This includes a glass of champagne at your table, party favors, a champagne toast at midnight, access to all entertainment and table service until 1:30am. This does not include any other beverages, tax, gratuity or any requested food add-ons.
Terms & Conditions: All reservations on New Year’s Eve require a valid credit card to secure the reservation and purchase the prix fixe per person package. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours in advance and will not be charged. You must call us at 617.542.5108 to cancel. Calls to cancel must be received no later than 10PM EST on Saturday,December 29th 2018. For any cancellations after 10PM EST on Saturday, December 29th 2018,the guest will be sent a Les Zygomates gift card for the full reserved menu package amount. “No show” reservations will be charged the full amount with no refunds or gift cards given. Changes in time or number of guests in a reservation will be addressed to the best of our ability; however, these changes may result in a wait to be seated or a change in location of requested table. Les Zygomates reserves the right to adjust the status and/or location of all reservations at any time.
**A Special NOTE for Parties of 6 or More: Parties of 6 or more may cancel up to 10pm EST on Thursday December 27th 2018. You must call us at 617.542.5108 to cancel. PLEASE NOTE that any increase in number of guests to your party after Thursday December 27th 2018 may result in not all guests being sat at the same table, increased wait time or change in location of your table.
